1792 Small Batch Bourbon (75cl, 46.8%)

1792 Small Batch is a Kentucky-style bourbon bottled at 46.8% in a 75cl bottle. It was distilled at the Barton 1792 Distillery and was formerly sold under the name Ridgemont. The mash bill has a higher proportion of rye. The nose combines rye, vanilla, caramel and a hint of oak. The palate is creamy, with cherries, rye, vanilla, oak and spice. The finish is medium in length, with a touch of butter and oak.
