This is a 5 year old single malt from the White Oak distillery, sold under the Akashi name and released in Japan in early 2020 in a strictly limited run. It is an anniversary bottling, marking 101 years since the distillery was approved to make whisky. The whisky was matured only in sherry casks, with no other cask type involved.
