Amrut Indian Single Malt is a peated single malt from Bangalore, India, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is smoky and sweet, with cured bacon, malt, sweet peat and a touch of caramel. On the palate it is fruity and tart, with plenty of malt, and the peat stays in the background at first.
The finish is medium in length. The peat comes through at the end, alongside fruit teas.
