Angel's Envy Cask Strength 2023 is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 75cl bottle, finished in Ruby Port barrels and bottled at natural cask strength. It is the 2023 release of the brand's annual cask strength bottling.
The port barrel finish follows the approach laid down by Lincoln Henderson when he founded Angel's Envy. At cask strength, the dried cherry, plum and tannin character of the port barrels sits more intensely alongside the bourbon's vanilla and spice base.
