This is a 20-year-old Islay single malt from Ardbeg, distilled in 1998 and bottled in 2019 by Ian MacLeod in its Chieftain's series at 46% ABV.
The whisky matured in ex-bourbon barrels, and casks 1806 and 1807 together gave 478 bottles. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The notes describe peat smoke, malt, vanilla, citrus, oak spice, salt, light fruit and a maritime Islay character.
