Ardbeg – 26 Years Old by Silver Seal (1.5L)

This is a 26 year old Islay single malt from Ardbeg, bottled independently by Silver Seal rather than released by the distillery. It comes in a 150cl magnum, twice the size of a standard bottle. Islay malts are known for peat smoke, which at this age usually softens into something rounder. Sea salt and dried fruit are typical, followed by a long smoky finish.
