Ardbeg Blaaack is an Islay single malt released in 2020 to mark the 20th anniversary of the Ardbeg Committee, the distillery's fan club, which was launched in January 2000. It is the distillery's limited edition for that year.
The whisky was matured in Pinot Noir casks from New Zealand. The sheep puns on the label refer to Ardbeg's 'black sheep' status on Islay, a nod to the other famously sheep-covered island the casks came from.
