Ardbeg – Corryvreckan Cask Strength Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 57.1%)

Ardbeg Corryvreckan is a cask strength Islay single malt, bottled at 57.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is named after a nearby whirlpool. It comes from Ardbeg, which sits in a small cove on Islay's south coast and was founded legally in 1815 by John McDougall. This expression is made in a more medicinal style than the distillery's usual releases, and is described as powerfully peaty and intense.
