Ardbeg Corryvreckan is an Islay single malt from the Ardbeg distillery, in a 70cl bottle. It takes its name from a famous whirlpool.
The nose is dominated by peat smoke, with a sweet, tarry richness beneath. The palate brings dark chocolate, black pepper and a hint of espresso within the Ardbeg smoke, and the finish is very long, warming and spicy.
