Ardbeg Corryvrecken is an Islay single malt bottled at 57.1% in a 70cl bottle. Ardbeg was restored at great expense, and its reopening was among the first signs of the Islay revival.
The character is smoky and peaty, with a distinct medicinal note linked to a comparatively high phenol content, and the citrus note that marks Ardbeg.
