Ardbeg Dark Cove is the 2016 Committee Release, a single malt Scotch whisky from Islay in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in bourbon and dark sherry casks and released as The Darkest Ardbeg Ever.
Despite that billing, the colour is not especially dark. The dark casks do give the whisky plenty of oaky depth.
