This is a limited edition single malt from Ardbeg on Islay, released for Ardbeg Day in 2017, in a 70cl bottle. It is made from heavily peated malted barley. It matured in oak casks, including casks made with Black Sea oak, and was then finished in Spanish sherry casks. The name comes from the water spirits of Scottish folklore. The casks are described as adding notes of salty sea air, peat smoke, dark chocolate and spicy oak.
