Ardbeg Scorch is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Ardbeg distillery on Islay, issued as a Committee Release in a 70cl bottle. It was bottled to mark Ardbeg Day 2021.
The whisky was matured in the most heavily charred ex-Bourbon casks. It is described as sweet and smoky in flavour, a character that comes from the heavy charring of those casks.
