Traigh Bhan is a 19 year old Islay single malt from Ardbeg, issued as a limited edition in yearly batches. This is Batch 7. It was matured in a mix of American oak and Oloso sherry casks.
The name comes from Singing Sands, a beach on Islay's south coast where the sand is said to sing underfoot. The beach appears on the packaging.
Each bottle carries a batch code, and the one on this batch records a distillation date in 2006.
