Ardbeg – Twenty One 21 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl)

This is a 21 year old Islay single malt from Ardbeg, in a 70cl bottle. The whole of its maturation took place in a bourbon cask. It was released in 2016 as a limited edition for the Ardbeg Committee, the distillery's fan club. The whisky was made on the still that now stands outside the distillery. The release commemorates a period when the future of Ardbeg was uncertain, and it honours the people who made sure the distillery survived.
