ASW Distillery – Fiddler Georgia Heartwood Bourbon (75cl)

ASW Distillery Fiddler Georgia Heartwood is a high-wheat bourbon from Atlanta, Georgia, in a 75cl bottle. The mash is 45% wheat, an unusual proportion for bourbon, which gives a sweet, smooth profile. It is finished on staves of Georgia oak that the distilling team harvested and hand-charred themselves, adding local oak character to the wheat-led base. On the palate it shows caramel, maple, toffee and clove.
