Ballechin 18 Years Old is a heavily peated Highland single malt, bottled by Edradour Distillery in September 2024 as Batch 002. It is a small batch bottling at a cask strength of 57.8%, in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in a combination of sherry and bourbon casks. The bourbon casks add sweet vanilla and fine oak, while the sherry casks bring fruity and nutty character. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
