A 2001 Edradour single malt, chosen for Signatory's Symington's Choice range and bottled at 53.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is an independent bottling rather than a release from the distillery itself. Edradour stands in the Highlands, a few miles west of Pitlochry near Moulin, and is believed to have been founded in 1825. It is the only Scottish distillery still working entirely in the farmhouse style, and for a long time was the smallest in Scotland, its two stills filling 15 casks a week.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
