A 2003 Edradour single malt from a bourbon cask, bottled by the distillery at 54.3% in a 70cl bottle.
The distillery lies at Moulin, a few miles west of Pitlochry, in the Highlands. It is believed to have been founded in 1825 and is the only Scottish distillery still run entirely in the manner of a farmhouse. It was long Scotland's smallest, its two stills producing only 15 casks a week. Since an expansion in February 2018, capacity has been around 500,000 litres of pure alcohol a year.
