Balvenie 14 Year Old Caribbean Cask is a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle, aged for 14 years and matured using rum casks. It starts sweet, then turns surprisingly dry in the finish.
On the nose there are vanilla, toffee and soft brown sugar. The palate brings toffee apple and icing sugar, with vanilla running all the way through.
