Balvenie The Week of the Peat is a 14 year old peated single malt from Speyside, in a 70cl bottle. The idea came from distillery manager Ian Millar, who noticed a free week in the production schedule and used it to try the Balvenie spirit in combination with peat. The experiment stuck, and the peated week now has a fixed place in the distillery's calendar every year. It is bottled at 48.3% ABV.
