Booker's Batch 2026-01E is a Kentucky straight bourbon from James B. Beam Distilling Co., bottled in 2026 in a 70cl bottle. It matured for seven years, three months and four days in new American white oak and was bottled undiluted at 61.9% ABV, or 123.8 proof. It has no added colour and is not chill-filtered.
The nose opens with intense toffee and vanilla, then sweet wildflower honey, with crisp hazelnuts and crushed cinnamon sticks over time. The palate is markedly sweet: warm pear pie with vanilla sauce and brown sugar, strong oak, creamy caramels and runny honey. The long finish returns to cinnamon, with wood, toffee, fine vanilla and a hint of liquorice.
