Port Charlotte Islay Barley 2014 is a heavily peated Islay single malt Scotch whisky from Bruichladdich, aged 7 years and sold in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled from barley grown on eight farms around the distillery.
It matured in three types of cask: 84 percent first fill bourbon, 8 percent second fill virgin oak and 8 percent second fill Bordeaux wine casks. The phenol level is 50 ppm and the bottling strength is 50% ABV.
