Bulleit 10 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon aged in charred American white oak casks. A selection of Bulleit casks was set aside to mature for ten years, and the extra time gave a fuller, deeper and very smooth bourbon. It keeps the high rye content the brand is known for. Tasting notes describe vanilla, cinnamon and dried apricot in balance with sweetness, oak and spice, followed by a very long, smoky finish.
