Bulleit 95 Rye is a straight rye whiskey released in 2011, bottled at 45% (90 proof) in a 70cl bottle. The mash bill is 95% rye and 5% malted barley. It is russet in colour with rich, oaky aromas. The taste is very smooth, with hints of vanilla, honey and spice, and the finish is crisp and clean with long, lingering flavours.
