Bulleit Bourbon 10 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 45.6% in a 70cl bottle, made from a high-rye mashbill. It is a selection of longer-matured Kentucky barrels, aged for ten years. Tom Bulleit began his modern bourbon story in the 1980s, based on a family recipe dating from 1830. Here the spiciness of the high rye sits alongside deep oak and caramel notes. The nose brings vanilla, toasted oak, caramel and light spice. The palate is toffee, cinnamon, honey and baked apple, and the finish is warm, long and spicy.
