Bulleit – Rye

Bulleit Rye is an American rye whiskey made from a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, matured in oak casks. The maturation brings hints of maple syrup, toffee and dried fruit. The nose is fresh and gentle, followed by a light pepperiness. On the palate come orange peel and green tea, and the finish is dry and light, with oak, leather and a lingering touch of spice and pepper.
