Bushmills 10 Year Old is an Irish single malt from the Old Bushmills Distillery in County Antrim. It is triple distilled from 100% malted barley, then matured for at least ten years in ex-sherry casks and ex-bourbon casks. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is bright and fresh, with honey and vanilla alongside milk chocolate. On the palate are vanilla pod, mocha and dried apricot, with a velvety texture and notes of toasted oak. The finish is clean and very long, with subtle oak and fruit lingering.
