Bushmills 11 Years Old Cognac Casks – The Causeway Collection (70cl, 47%)

Bushmills 11 Years Old Cognac Casks is an Irish single malt in The Causeway Collection, bottled at 47% in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled on 6 September 2010 and bottled in 2022. The whisky matured first in Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, then was finished in Cognac casks. Sweet, spiced wood on the nose gives way to pear, almond and cinnamon on the palate, with a long finish of complex flavours that linger.
