This is a 21 year old triple distilled Irish single malt from the Old Bushmills Distillery, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle as a limited release.
It was matured in Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, then finished in first-fill Marsala casks, which gives the whiskey its three-wood character.
It is typically described as showing oak and vanilla, with intense nutty notes, warm ginger and the layered character of sherry.
