Bushmills 25 Years Old is an Irish single malt from The Old Bushmills Distillery, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. The colour is a reddish gold.
The nose is rich and complex, with ripe dark hedgerow fruit, honey and soft toasted wood. The palate opens with sweet almond, caramelised cherries, plums and blackberries, then moves to dark chocolate with sweet spice, ending on honey and damson.
The finish is long, with warm oak, the sweetness of port and soft spice lingering well after the last sip.
