Black Bush is an Irish blended whisky from the Old Bushmills Distillery in Northern Ireland, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It brings together malt and grain whiskies.
The whisky matures in former sherry casks and bourbon casks. It is chill-filtered and has added colouring.
The nose is rich and malty, with dried fruit and a touch of nuts. The palate is soft and full-bodied, with sweet sherry notes and subtle spice. The finish is long, with a gently spicy warmth.
