A red wine from Torrevento, made from Nero di Troia and Aglianico, expressing the Castel del Monte DOC terroir.
It has an intense red colour with violet reflections. The nose shows black berry fruit, sweet spices and a light vanilla note from wood ageing. On the palate it is structured yet harmonious, with balanced tannins and freshness, with blackberry, cherry, black pepper and tobacco.
It pairs with roast meats, game and aged cheeses, and has notable ageing potential.
