A rosé wine from Torrevento, made from Bombino Nero grapes grown near Castel del Monte in Puglia. It has a bright pink colour with coral and salmon reflections. The nose offers fresh red fruit such as strawberry and raspberry, with a light rose note and herbal hints. On the palate it is fresh, with balanced acidity and soft fruit, a light but persistent structure and a clean finish with fresh fruit and a slight spicy note. It suits an aperitif, light starters, fish dishes and fresh cheeses, served slightly chilled.
