A red wine from Puglia made exclusively from Nero di Troia. It is aged in French oak barriques for at least 12 months, followed by further bottle ageing. It shows an intense ruby red colour with garnet reflections. The nose offers ripe plum and cherry, tobacco, leather and dark spices. On the palate it is full and impactful, with fruit balanced by lively freshness and a long, spicy finish. It pairs with red meat roasts, game and aged cheeses.
