This is Connemara Distillers Edition, an Irish whiskey from Cooley Distillery, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Small batches of Connemara are aged in Oloroso sherry casks. The whiskey combines peat, malt, honey and wood, with a silky smoothness more usually found in a much older whiskey.
