A 14-year-old single cask Irish single malt from Cooley in County Louth, distilled in 2003. Valinch & Mallet bottled it in 2017 at a cask strength of 51.5% ABV for its Hidden Casks Collection.
It matured in a sherry hogshead that gave 329 bottles. Cooley distils twice, and this is an Irish single malt with a clear sherry cask influence.
