Dalmore 12 Year Old Sherry Cask is a Highland malt from the Dalmore distillery, which has been making whisky since 1839. Its name means meadow, and the distillery's emblem is a golden stag. It is bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The 12 year old spirit is matured in sherry casks made in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, using three different types of Oloroso cask. The nutty flavours this gives are balanced by the sweetness of Pedro Ximénez.
