Daviess County French Oak is a Kentucky straight bourbon made by Lux Row Distillers. Its mashbill uses corn, rye, wheat and malt.
After maturation the bourbon is finished for 6 months in new French oak, which adds a fuller oak character and a balance of sweet and spicy notes.
It is typically described as having honey, vanilla, caramel and chocolate, followed by a long, warm, sweet finish with a hint of spice.
