Old Orkney Malt O.O.3 is a 21-year-old Highland Park single malt bottled by Decadent Drinks in 2024 at 52.9% in a 70cl bottle. It combines whisky distilled in 1999 and 2003, from an ex-Bodega sherry butt and a refill hogshead. Only 300 bottles were filled.
The nose combines old sherry, waxed oak, red apple, rhubarb and a little salt, with earthy and flinty notes and mild peat. The palate is old in style, with walnuts, heather, herbal tea, raisins and black pepper. The finish is long, with mint, herbal drops and old-style ale.
