This is a single grain Irish whiskey distilled at Cooley in 2009 and bottled by Dumangin at 11 years old, at 47% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It spent ten years in refill Bourbon barrels and STR casks, then a further twelve months in a Ratafia Champenois barrel. Only 258 bottles were released.
The tasting notes mention rich, soft oils and grain that melts in the mouth, with a hint of barley.
