Edradour 11 Year Old Sauternes Casks is a Highland single malt bottled at 48.2% in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in April 2012 and bottled on 17 May 2023, from eight casks, giving 2,695 bottles. The whisky spent all eleven years in first-fill barriques that previously held the French sweet wine Sauternes. The effect is a fine sweetness with notes of citrus fruit.
