Edradour 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt distilled in 2012 and matured in first-fill Merlot casks from the Michael Eppan winery in Italy. It was bottled in January 2025 in a limited release of 719 bottles, non-chill-filtered and at natural colour. The Merlot casks add plump fruitiness and gentle spice to Edradour's rich, malty spirit.
