Edradour 12 Year Old 2012 is a Highland single malt matured in first-fill Pinot Noir casks sourced from the Michael Eppan winery in Italy. It was bottled in January 2025, with an outturn of 1,422 bottles, and is non-chill-filtered. The casks bring the fruit and subtle tannin of Pinot Noir to Edradour's rich, silky spirit. It is described as balancing red-fruit notes with toffee sweetness.
