A 2012 Edradour single malt from a bourbon cask, bottled by the distillery at 59.6% in a 70cl bottle. It carries the Ibisco name.
Edradour stands at Moulin, a few miles west of Pitlochry, in the Highlands. It is believed to have been founded in 1825 and is the only Scottish distillery still kept entirely in the style of a farmhouse operation. For a long time it was the smallest distillery in Scotland, its two stills producing just 15 casks a week.
