This Highland single malt was released to mark the 200th anniversary of Edradour Distillery. It was distilled in 1999 and matured for 25 years in a single first fill Bordeaux hogshead. It is bottled at a natural cask strength of 54.8% ABV, and just 272 bottles were produced for the anniversary collection. The Bordeaux cask is described as adding a vibrant red fruit character.
