Ezra Brooks Genuine Sour Mash Bourbon (70cl, 49.5%)

Ezra Brooks Genuine Sour Mash is a Kentucky straight bourbon at 49.5% ABV (99 proof), made by Lux Row Distillers in Bardstown. It is a blend of bourbons at least four years old, from a mash bill of 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley. It is charcoal filtered, which gives it a soft texture despite its strength. Caramel, vanilla, chocolate and spice come through on the nose and palate, and the finish is of medium length and notably soft.
