Garrison Brothers – Single Barrel #13197 (70cl, 65.5%)

A single barrel bourbon from Garrison Brothers of Texas, in a 70cl bottle at 65.5%. The mash bill is 74% Texas white corn, 15% Texas red winter wheat and 11% two-row barley. The nose combines corn, oak, vanilla, caramel and crème brûlée. On the palate come barrel notes, plenty of corn caramel, leather and dark fruit. The finish is round, with the alcohol well integrated and a broad flavour that lingers.
