Garrison Brothers – Texas Honey Fall 2024 (70cl, 40%)

Garrison Brothers Texas Honey is a Texas bourbon bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle, in the Fall 2024 edition. It starts with a four-year-old Garrison Brothers bourbon, rested for seven months in a steel tank. Cubes of barrel wood were infused with Burleson's honey and then dipped into the tank repeatedly over six months. The nose shows crème brûlée, peach and oak with a light, sweet heat. The palate brings apricots, Texas peach, soft oak with cinnamon and cloves, spicy wild honey and a hint of rocket, with a gentle warmth. The finish is soft and long, with wood and honey notes.
