Garrison Brothers – Texas Single Barrel Cask Strength Barrel 20851 (70cl, 64.3%)

A single barrel bourbon from Garrison Brothers of Texas, in a 70cl bottle at a cask strength of 64.3%. It comes from a small craft distillery, and the whiskey is matured in small casks, taking its colour from the Texas heat. The nose brings corn, oak, vanilla, caramel and crème brûlée. On the palate there are barrel notes and a generous helping of corn caramel. The finish is soft, oily and round, and runs on for a very long time.
